If you can arrange a time to have your dent repaired by them I would highly recommend their services. It just so happened I had a random day off and that was the day they booked it for.
So they wouldn't even be able to visit the car whilst I'm at work. I normally work Monday to Friday and I leave my car at a depot and out driving all day. My only reason for putting 4 stars, is that normally it would be very difficult for me to book this service as its only Monday to Friday. Did a brilliant job, you can't even notice the dent even if you shine the torch on the spot. His name was Martin and he was really nice. Went back out to him about 20 minutes later and he was pretty much done. When he did turn up he was very professional, got to work straight away I just left him to it. I was given good communication about the technician arriving. Luckily I was off on the day that they suggested they would be available to make the repair. From the date when I reported the dent to my insurance, it took about 3-4 weeks to get the dent repaired.
